Mrs Weasley's clock built as a Home Assistant card
A Home Assistant card with nine faces, from Home to Mortal Peril, whose hands follow each family member's iPhone.

A Home Assistant dashboard card now works as Mrs Weasley’s clock from Harry Potter, with a hand for each family member. It has nine faces, including Home, Work, Travelling, Lost and Mortal Peril.
The hands move according to iPhone Find My locations, pulled in through the iCloud3 integration and the Home Assistant app. Some faces are simple places, while others are rules. Mortal Peril, for instance, means someone is away from home, their battery is under 10% and the phone isn’t charging. The builder says he leaned heavily on an LLM to put it together, after his Harry Potter fan wife asked for one.
You’ll need iPhones sharing locations and a working Home Assistant install. The builder notes the family all share location knowingly and can switch it off. The original post is on Reddit, from u/Nite01007.
